Andrew Lundberg

Andrew Lundberg is a low-energy building consultant specialising in Certified Passive House Design, Thermal Modelling services & Part L & Part F compliance. Having established the consultancy firm Passivate in 2010, and Psi Therm software sales & training in 2012, Andrew is a member of the NSAI National Thermal Modellers Scheme and a competent assessor for SAP & Part L (UK).

Andrew has extensive experience in both domestic and non-domestic projects as well as Passive House certified projects. In 2016, Andrew co-founded nZEBRA, a multidisciplinary company dedicated to delivering nearly-zero energy buildings solutions to both designers and builders alike. He is also the course leader in the Dublin Institute of Technology course in Thermal Bridge Assessment (NFQ level 9) and has almost 10 years’ experience delivering courses in energy assessment & low-energy design.
