Apprenticeships offer a blended learning experience, with on the job practical training complemented by classroom based learning in South West College, Enniskillen or SOLAS.
Apprentices begin at NVQ level 2 in year one, progressing to Level 3 and beyond, with the opportunity to continue to achieve a degree level qualification.
Throughout the Programme, Apprentices are paid for both their time in the workplace and in the classroom, so you will earn a full time wage from day one, and go on to work with us as a fully qualified professional upon successful completion of the Programme.

This apprenticeship gives young engineers the opportunity to study an NVQ level 2 or 3 qualification in an engineering discipline within 4 years.
This suite of qualifications is designed to provide a broad range of modules to include; CAD, Hydraulics, Electrical Installation, Secondary Finishing, Electrical and Electronic principles, PLCs, Mechanical CNC Machining and Welding Technology.
The Programme in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair covers complex faults in lorries and heavy plant. Students will learn how to diagnose faults using the correct diagnostic procedure.
You will have access to state-of-the-art technologies in the heavy vehicle sector with exposure to excellent tutors. On completion, the apprentice will gain status as a fully qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic.
ApprenticeshipsNI is a Northern Ireland Government funded, work-based training programme. Our Apprenticeship Programmes are delivered in partnership with South West College, and have been successfully in operation for 15 years.
You earn while you learn – an excellent salary starting at £294 per week (with further incremental increases linked to achievement and progress) as well as funding towards your tool box if working in the Mannok Garage.
You receive paid time out of the workplace for training and study in South West College and gain recognised qualifications specific to your
apprenticeship.
You work alongside experienced staff while putting into practice the skills you are developing at College.
Membership of the Company Social Club.

Your manager will appoint a dedicated person who will supervise you while at work. You will be assigned a mentor who will offer you support, career advice and guidance through regular mentor reviews. You will follow a training programme which is coordinated by the training department, who will also offer you support throughout your apprenticeship.
