Ian Bagnall was appointed Commercial Manager in May 2020 following a very successful four years as National Key Account Manager for the GB market. The role involves management and development of Mannok’s very strong GB Sales Team. Ian’s focus is on overall business growth and increasing market share through a more strategic account management approach.
The challenges brought about by COVID-19 for the merchant industry means his initial priority is the implementation of a new sales management approach which ensures continued commercial success with safety of the team and the customers the number one priority.
Ian has spent over 30 successful years in the construction sales sector, experience which will be an asset in driving the company’s commercial strategy.
Ian will continue to manage a select number of the key accounts he has developed in his previous role owing to the strong relationships he has developed and the continuing successful partnerships.
