ELECTRICIAN (Days) – PACKAGING
Reporting to the Electrical and Shift Supervisors the post holder will be responsible for electrical maintenance and repair of equipment across all areas of the plant. You will liaise with production personnel and assist with continuous improvement activities. The role also involves carrying out tool changes and assisting with mechanical maintenance duties.
The applicant must be a qualified time served Electrician with relevant experience within a production or manufacturing environment. They must have the ability to read electrical drawings for fault diagnosis & isolation of circuits and have previous experience of preventative maintenance systems.
The successful candidates must demonstrate a flexible attitude, have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team, achieve targets and prioritise workload, have knowledge of health & safety within the workplace, be computer literate and be able to meet the physical and health requirements of the role.
The hours of work are: Monday – Thursday 08.00am-5.30pm & Friday 08.00am – 4.00pm.
