Mannok’s Apprenticeship Programme is now Open for Applications

29th July 2022

Mannok’s Apprenticeship Programme has once again opened positions for new apprentices to join the programme to work, earn and learn at the company’s world class manufacturing facilities. The successful and established programme has Mechanical, Electrical and Engineering apprenticeships in partnership with local colleges both north and south of the border.

The manufacturer of high-quality building materials and packaging products has long established relationships with South West Collage and SOLUS to provide students, in Fermanagh, Cavan, Monaghan and beyond, with a supportive programme to earn an income while they learn and become qualified professionals.

While working towards a qualification, apprentices will have a hybrid learning programme, which varies for every course, and includes college based and on-the-job learning.

During on-the-job training, Mannok provides a supportive environment for apprentices to practice the knowledge they’ve learnt at college and the opportunity to learn new skills from the experienced team around them.

Mannok has a structure in place to support apprentices throughout their training, the duration is dependent on the level of qualification they wish to achieve, which can last from one to four years.

In conjunction with South West College and SOLAS, Mannok offers apprenticeships in:

  • Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • Heavy Vehicle/ Plant Mechanics
