Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, the construction of a new 86-bedroom care home is underway in Malvern, Worcestershire on the site of a former NHS hospital. The new 2430m2 facility will be built to best in class standards with full en-suite wetrooms for its residents.
The Mannok team have recently completed the safe installation of the upper ground floor hollowcore slabs as part of the contract to design, manufacture and install all precast concrete flooring, and 12 stairs and landings in the three-floor, 51 bed facility.
